This auction is for an original postwar Lionel 746 N&W Class "J" 4-8-4 Steam Locomotive and 2671W Whistle Tender with Reproduction Body in Excellent (+) (C7-C8) condition. Manufactured in 1957-60, the locomotive ran well and smoked when tested; shows modest signs of handling and wear; nothing damaged, replaced or repaired; comes with its original painted boiler front. The desirable six-wheel 2671W Whistle Tender with Reproduction tender body is complete and worked when tested; nothing cracked, broken or damaged. Note, the correct tender for this piece is 746W with 4-wheel trucks. Carefully examine the detailed pictures provided to affirm condition and bid accordingly.
