1960s Bandai FRICTION SCALE MODEL BLUE CITROEN DS19 - B Quality Limo Japan

This is my first venture into selling antique & vintage toys.
I've done the best research I can.
I'm selling them for a friend who inherited them from an Uncle/Collector in San Francisco.
I hope there is a treasure you can add to your collection.

This car is in overall very good condition.
It measures 8 1/2" long by 3" wide by 2" high.
There are two ding on the driver's door and a scratch on the passenger front door as well as some wear on the top.
When pulled back the you can hear the "friction motor" but it does not pull the limo forward.
I am not a toy collector or dealer but I would assume this is a fairly easy fix for most collectors.
