    The coins have the shape of a circle, on the obverse and reverse sides there is a protruding edging along the circumference, a milling edge with a notch.
    Obverse
    at the top - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the center of the coin, in a circle - an image of a fragment of a one-sided cast belt made at the Slutsk Manufactory (1780–1807) and which is in the collection of the National Museum of History and Culture of Belarus (on a silver coin, a belt fragment is made using tampon printing); on the outer circle at the top there is an inscription: RESPUBLIKA BELARUS; on the left - the year of minting, on the right - the fineness of the alloy (on the silver one) and the artistic element (on the copper-nickel), below - the denomination: 20 RUBLES (on the silver) and 1 RUBEL (on the copper-nickel).

    on the left in a circle there is an inscription: СЛАЦКІЯ ПЯСЫ. RADZIVILY; on the right - the image of the figure of Prince Mikhail Kazimir Radziwill; on the left - a decorative composition based on the family coat of arms of the Radziwills, the image of the Slutsk gate in the town of Nesvizh (as an element of the architectural ensemble of the Radziwills' residence) and a draped Slutsk belt.
