FIREBIRD SPEEDWAY RACER TIN FRICTION CAR BOXED 14.5 INCHES NEAR MINT TOMIYAMA JAPAN. I am pleased to offer this outstanding vintage 1950's-60's Tomiyama Firebird Indianapolis Speedway Racer tin friction toy car with the original box. This car has removable wheels. You inflate the tires with the small pump that is missing. The tires do hold air. The original drivers head comes off by design. The toy has some light scratches here and there from being in the box over 60 years. This large racer is near mint and the friction works great as well as the engine noise. All tin construction with detailed lithography. Missing the spare tire and the small wrench but any small open end wrench will do. The original box has some light wear but no corner or apron tears.
