    Injection molded on handles were designed for the meat processing industry to fit easily in the flat scabbards used at many facilities.  Handles are injection molded onto the blade and tang, using commercial grade impact and temperature resistant polymers.  Blades are constructed of high-carbon stainless steel.  Knives are made in Portugal.
