    Description

    Angle plate I made for the aerospace industry,  this one is a bit narrower than most to allow for more clamping options.  It measures 4" wide x 5.75" deep x 7.75" tall.    1.25" thick.
    This angle plate was made of D2 and hardened to 58/60 Rockwell.  It was semi finish ground, then went through 5 heat / cooling / freezing cycles.  Then it was buried for a year to
    neutralize,  finish ground,  shelved to neutralize again, and finally finish ground.   It has only needed touching up once in 25 years, shortly before I retired from the aerospace industry.  Very stable and extremely accurate.    It has no grind / crash marks on it.
