    Description

    This 1948 issue Lionel 2671W 12 wheel whistle tender with the correct "Pennsylvania" lettering and rear holes is in excellent original condition. The box is missing but there is a good box liner. I have tested it and I guarantee if for thirty days. This is not the earliest issue of this twelve wheel streamline tender used for the 671 Turbine to replace the 8 wheel tender used for the 1946 to 1947. That short lived early 1948 version had a light installed to shine through a plastic lens inserted through the rear roles to simulate backup lights.
