Up for consideration is this Vintage Louis Marx 0-Scale electric 1940's Train Set With LOTS of Track & Accessories.
'Please Read All This Information Carefully'
I'm including as much information as I have & know about this train set!
Its been in our family sense at lest the early 60's that I know of (I'm 64 years old now)
This item is part of some vintage items from my Mothers Estate, she past away this past May @ 92 and she kept this for all this years.
The train was put away working in the 1960's.
Its untested only because I'm not a model train collector and I felt that it may be possible/likely that all the metal contact points will likely need some cleaning/polishing and I figure there is a proper way that it should be done, so its being sold

I worked at getting as much detail into the pictures as I could of everything and do so in Ebay's 12 picture limit.
All items pictured are the actual items a buyer will receive.

The last picture (#12) is of a section of straight track & a rail car that I will call 'For Parts or Repair' the rail car is missing one complete axle set & its wheels.
Picture #10 is a closeup of the 4-way intersection showing the damaged rail, I'm pretty certain that a collector of these will be able to use a section of rail from the parts track and repair the 4-way intersection.

All items show signs of age and use!

NOTE! I've not worked out the boxing or packing yet until I see if it sells and where its going. I have lots of construction plans for
secure packing. So, I'm asking the buyer to give me an extra couple of days for packaging time after the auction closes, I'm really bad to go overboard on packing (really bad).
