Native American Double Sided Multi Stone Inlay Letter Opener NIB

This is for a Native American Double Sided Multi Stone Inlay Letter Opener NIB. This was purchased in New Mexico at a trading post. This is double sided as I took pictures of both sides. The inlay handle is made up of multi-stones: lapis, malachite, coral & turquoise. It measures 7 1/2"L & the stone top is little bit larger than a 1/2". It's very ornate & a real nice piece.
