Below is from the manufacturer. I took it out of the box because its glass and I wanted to verify is was brand new, perfect, and not cracked or damaged. I tested it out and it works great. Manufacturer claims it has to be hardwired but there is a cord on it. You could hardwire it but you can also just plug it in. It also doesn't mention that you wave your hand under it to turn it on and off and that part works great.
This Villon LED mirror has a single door that opens to a convenient cabinet to hide your necessities. The built-in 6500K LED light runs on standard household voltage and is operated with an infrared sensor switch.
