The Dress is made to fit the 2000 Sailor Moon Irwin Deluxe 11.5 inch Dolls. Fashion may fit other Sailor moon dolls see last picture and read the rest of the description.
This beautiful dress is made of Wedding White Chiffon fabric. Chiffon has such a nice flow and lightness to it; so soft and movable, worthy of a Princess. We lowered the hem line so that you don't see her feet sticking out the bottom of the dress as if she was wearing "high waters". The bust and waste of the dress, is slim, and lowered as to not give her a puffy look, like that of the "2000 Irwin Dress" had. Serenity will not look puffy because a strand of pearls sits along the seam to divide the bust from the gown. The underside of the dress has a; attached slip, and 2 top layers of chiffon over it; one long and one a little shorter to give her that classic cartoon look.
The top bust trim is a metallic gold, with sparkly accents. Its woven and looped to give it that circle pattern she had in the cartoon.
The dress has 2 clear stretchable straps at the shoulders to keep the dress in place.
Our Dress had detachable shoulder puffs. They are able to stretch to give a stay on fit, without slipping. This will allow the doll to move her arms without compromising the dress and limited mobility. And you can remove them entirety for a custom look.
The back of the dress has a beautiful light pink chiffon bow. The bow is attached. The long bow ribbons hang down the back of the dress from the bow.
The dress attaches in the back with Velcro.
This dress is hand made, so you may find some loose stings on it. We try to find them all and cut them, but some may have been missed.
May Fit Other Dolls: The last picture shows' this fashion on 90s Bandai Sailor Moon, Japanese Sailor Moon, and 90s Irwin Sailor Moon. You can see from the photos the fit does vary as each doll is made a different size and proportions.
90s Bandai Sailor Moon (Left in last picture) The Dress was hard to get over her hips. The 90s doll has wider hips. With some maneuvering I was able to get it up. I would suggest lightly cutting the seam in the back to allow more room. Arm puffs fit fine.
Japanese doll (Center in last Photo) Dress fit very well, and seemed more drape. Arm puffs fit, but the dolls arms do not move out to the sides.
90s Irwin (Right in last photo) Dress fit fine. Had to maneuver it over the hips, but went on better then the 90s Bandai Sailor moon. Arm puffs fit, but were had to line up as her arms do not move to the sides.
