Sakai Japan O gauge blue passenger car with a white stripe - nice ! hard to find

Sakai Japan train car.  A blue passenger car that has a white stripe and either a black or real dark blue top (pictures make it look more dark blue top). The white stripe has some chipped paint on both sides.  Car is in very nice used condition with exception of the white stripe spots on both sides of the car.  Doesn't seem to be played with much.   Have lots of pictures.  I don't have much for info on this brand.  Nothing on the car itself for numbers or brand.  Had looked in some of my train books to find it.  This one looks to be nicer than one I had on a while back.  I will be listing some other items later.  Email any questions. All sales are final.
Train item will be sent my insured Priority Mail.
