Vintage Black Velvet Little Doll Jacket Dress

I will have several other vintage to antique doll dresses to come. Please take a look at my other items since I can combine them for shipping.
The plain black velvet unlined doll dress or jacket with a antique lace collar. It is 11" long, " 7"  shoulder to shoulder, no waist and a sleeve length of 5 1/2" long. It is open in in the back with a snap closure. It can be made into a little dress with the 13" matching belt that has a snap closure also. I see no damage to this one other than age. I can ship First Class Mail for more savings
