Vintage Edward R. Rice Buffalo NY Woonsocket Rubbers Metal Letter Opener VGUC.
Very-good used condition.  Embossed/raised lettering and graphics are very prominent with no wear or flattening.
Very interesting letter opener measuring 7-1/2" long.   Silver in color, some staining (see pictures) which I'm not sure how to remove and/or if it can be removed.
