Vintage Striped Wool Lined Doll Dress

Really unusual Vintage Striped Wool Lined Doll Dress. I’m not positive it’s wool but I think it is a thin wool gabardine striped fabric with three-quarter inch sleeves and an A-line cut to the dress. You could actually use this as a coat or dress; thus, coat dress.
I am not actually sure this dress is vintage as it may be antique but I just wasn’t sure.
Love the unusual long collar and the faux red buttons found not only on the front of the dress but also on the turned up cuffs of each sleeve.
Vintage wool dress is completely lined in a soft red cotton. Love this vibrant color! I’ve looked the dress over carefully and don’t see really any damage. It looks pretty good.
This dress fit the 27” antique bisque doll I have listed but it was a little short. I think with a long black skirt and white petticoats, black stockings it would be a fabulous look to build upon.
This dress will work very well on your kid body dolls in particular from the cut of the dress. I would imagine it would work on a 26-27” doll, maybe a little bigger.
Measurements are as follows:
From shoulder seam to hemline is approximately 18”.
Chest measurement is approximately 18” around.
